We use Royal Mail for most of our parcels. If your parcels is over 2 kg then it would be send by courier service.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
My 3 year old loves them. He’s learning about life cycles at preschool and these are just a perfect. We’ve had lots of fun using them in sensory play too with water and sand. Highly recommend them.
